Medial clavicle fracture

Medial third clavicle fractures account for less than 5% of all clavicle fractures.
Beware of associated chest injuries, mostly related to the chest.

Classification

• Transverse

• Oblique intra articular

• Oblique extra articular

• Comminuted

• Avulsion

Treatment

Non operative in most cases.
